Here is the whole deal, plain and simple. You buy brand-name liquidation goods at distributor pricing — new, real inventory at a fraction of retail. Use the slider to pick your quantity; the more you buy, the deeper the discount. No license fee, no monthly bill, no terms — you just pay for what you buy.

Once it's yours, it's yours. Sell it yourself and keep 100% of the profit — you already bought it at distributor cost. Or have us sell it for you: local buyers pick up from your location and you make 50% of the net. Or do both — no extra charge either way.

Local Distributor Agreement

Plain-language summary. Pay online; no card taken on this site.
  1. Buying. You buy goods from Liquidation Depot at distributor pricing. You pay for your order online; once paid, the goods are yours. No license fee, no monthly charge, no terms.
  2. As-is. Liquidation goods are sold as-is, with no warranty of any kind.
  3. Selling — your choice. (a) Sell it yourself and keep 100% of the profit. (b) Have Depot sell it for you: Depot lists your goods and local buyers pick up from your location, and you receive 50% of the net on each sale. You may do both — no charge to use this.
  4. If Depot sells for you, you agree to keep the goods in a secure, temperature-controlled location; make them available for buyer pickup with 24 hours' notice; and prepare items for pickup. Depot supplies the packing/shipping materials.
  5. Your costs. Storing your goods is at your cost. Your location may be commercial space, a residence, or a secure storage unit.
  6. Ending it. Either party may end the distributor relationship at any time by email. Goods you already bought stay yours.
  7. Independent. You are an independent contractor — not Depot's employee, agent, partner, or franchisee.
  8. Disputes. No arbitration. Any dispute is handled in the courts of the United States.
  9. Whole agreement. This is the entire agreement; changes must be in writing.
