Acceptance

By using Liquidation Depot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

A venue, not a party

Liquidation Depot is a venue that lets verified businesses list themselves and their offerings and connect with one another. We are not a party to any transaction, take no percentage of any deal, and provide no brokerage, escrow, legal, financial, or advisory service. Any agreement is solely between the parties.

Verification

Verification badges reflect information submitted by businesses and, where marked, reviewed by an administrator. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing, badge, or figure. Do your own due diligence before entering any transaction.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Use the platform lawfully; no fraud, misrepresentation, scraping, spam, or abuse.
• You are responsible for your listings, messages, and dealings with other members.

Fees

Listing and verification are free. Paid plans, featured placement, and advertisements are optional and billed as shown. We never take a percentage of a sale.

Private Sellers

Some lots are listed by independent Private Sellers — members who sell their own goods. On those lots the private seller is the seller, not Liquidation Depot. Liquidation Depot assumes no responsibility for a private seller’s lots; they are sold as-is, and payment and pickup are arranged directly between the buyer and the private seller. Lots sold by Liquidation Depot itself are identified separately.

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquidation Depot is not liable for any loss arising from listings, contacts, or transactions between members.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
